EcoONE-Series
A fully standardized system ideal for simple commodity applications, delivering excellent value. The EcoONE-Series products standardize all core components of your hot runner system, providing unparalleled pricing and stock availability, which reduces tooling and maintenance costs.
EcoONE System This is a 1-16 drop hot runner system available in pre-configured variants, covering 1, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 drops in various geometries, with thermal or valve gate nozzle type.
EcoONE-Series is an ideal choice for injection moulding parts for various industries like Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Automotive and many others.
EcoONE Single Nozzles EcoONE single nozzles are standardized nozzles available in two main variants: Point Gate and Sprue Gate (only thermal gate type available now). Each of these variants includes several sub-variants to accommodate different specifications, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of applications.
EcoONE Hot Half Designed as a ready-to-use hot half for the EcoONE assembly, available in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 nozzle variants with 5 standard plate sizes. These products ensure full compatibility with prevalent European mould standards and minimize the need for additional on-site operations.
StellarONE
StellarONE is a fully engineered hot runner system representing the next generation of proven DME hot runners. Its use of standardized nozzles from the EcoONE-Series reduces tooling and maintenance costs, as well as spare parts availability. Key benefits include precision temperature control from improved heater technology, enhanced processing control from advanced melt distribution, and extreme durability from robust design.
FDU HRS
FDU nozzles utilize revolutionary approach to drop geometry. Thanks to combining proven technologies from both injection moulding and extrusion technology, FDU engineers were able to come with „Flat Die Unit“. This nozzle geometry is capable of delivering more material into a cavity and often also allows for lower injection pressure than common nozzle design. The most important benefit is reduced cycle time for most applications. Amongst other major benefits, you will find reduction in injection time, shorter cooling times, reduced shear and no jetting.
CoolONE
The DME CoolONE is a set of standardized, pre-engineered components that can be integrated to create a hot runner system tailored to specific applications. While limited in its application range (especially not suitable for applications with colour changes or using polyolefin materials), CoolONE delivers excellent cost efficiency and durability for producing large batches of parts made from the same colour and material.
With CoolONE, your mould build will also come with lower stack height than with most of other hot runner systems.
